not your typical coffee
What distinguishes our Coffee Program is that unlike the typical coffee program, where individuals invite friends and associates, we determine which targeted voters to invite, similar to the Neighbor Validator™ program. Depending on the size of the district or state we might invite targeted voters from several precincts, a whole neighborhood, or voters throughout  the entire county. All we ask of the "coffee" host is to agree to host the event and provide some refreshments for the guests.

voters receive three contacts
What makes strategic coffee programs even more effective than the Neighbor Validator™ program is that invited voters receive three contacts instead of just the one.

1st. a hand written invitation
The invited voter receives a personalized coffee invitation from the host which includes a hand written appearing note from the host similar to the Neighbor Validator™ program letter that explains why they are supporting our candidate or issue. The invitation provides third-party validation from "a person like me." The invitations also appear to be hand written and not mass produced.

Our demographic-to-demographic element is essential to success: Like voters contact like voters. This assures each invitation and event is relevant to the voters targeted to receive the coffee invitation.

2nd. the voter meets the candidate personally
The candidate attends the coffee. This demonstrates the candidate's accessibility to the voter, even if the voter chooses not to attend.

3rd. a personal follow-up
Those who do not attend the coffee immediately receive a personalized follow-up note from the candidate. The follow-up letter mentions the coffee and what the candidate and those who did attend discussed. The follow-up letter helps build rapport between the candidate and the voter. Attendees also receive a thank you follow-up letter.

The campaign benefits from the strong rapport generated by this Strategic Outreach Coffee Program whether or not the voter attends. Voters know the candidate cares about their concerns. In addition, this program builds personal rapport between the voters and the candidate and illustrates strong community support. They also recognize that people similar to them support our candidate or issue, because they believe he/she will best represent voters like them.

we manage all production and mailing
As with the Neighbor Validator™ program, we target the voters to be invited, manage all the production of the invitations and the follow-up letters, including graphic design, printing, mail house, postage and delivery to the Post Office.
